I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Ubique Shooting Club, its management, members, and all persons attending shoots, from any claims, actions, demands and costs, or which may arise against them by any person including my dependants, legal representatives or estate executors out of my participation and/or attendance of any shooting or other club activity. I hereby waive and abandon any claim with respect to any loss, injury or damages suffered which I may have against any aforementioned persons arising out of the aforesaid circumstances. I undertake to abide by the constitution of the club, its rules and regulations, or as amended from time to time and declare that the information supplied is correct. I acknowledge that proof of membership will only be supplied at least one month after submitting the application form, if the application is successful, and safety vetting was successful.
